Hutcheon Mearns are recruiting a Senior Management Accountant for a well known St Andrews based organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, managing a small finance team, the Senior Management Accountant is responsible for:- Providing Management Accounts, Costing and Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting and ad hoc reporting.
Candidates will be fully qualified accountants with experience of working in a large and complex organisation. Leading a team, managing workloads, and ensuring delivery to strict deadlines. Ideally with previous project or product costing and budget preparation. Analysing variances and communicating this to non-financial colleagues.
The role requires someone very comfortable working with large amounts of data, having a proactive approach in seeking solutions. Strong communicator and able to work with colleagues throughout the business. Advanced user of Excel and a competent user of other MS Office packages.
Excellent salary with hybrid working 2/3 days in the St Andrews office.
