- Speaking to providers to gather financial information
- Inputting financial information into the system
- Answering queries if they arise
- Using the AI system to find missing information
Background and Experience
You will have experience working within a customer/client focus role within an financial services organisation. You'll be able to articulate well to both clients and customers through emails & telephone. Experience in using systems / technology to a high standard as this role will require the successful individual to utilise AI.
