The Opportunity

This firm is currently led by a dedicated team of five directors and supported by around 30 staff. Over the years, it has cultivated deep expertise in serving SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, especially those with rural property and agricultural interests, alongside providing trusted financial planning and investment advisory services. Key Responsibilities

Prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns for a diverse portfolio of clients (SMEs, landowners, HNWIs).

Provide tax advisory and compliance support tailored to rural property owners and professional services.

Contribute to financial planning and investment advisory projects.

Collaborate with directors to deliver high-touch, partner-level service—each client enjoys direct access to leadership.

Mentor junior staff where applicable, empowering them through hands-on development.

Maintain strong client relationships rooted in personal service and local understanding.
Ideal Profile

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with practice experience.

Experience within the agriculutre and rural sectors preferred.

Strong technical competency in accounting, tax compliance, and planning.

Excellent communication skills and a client-centered mindset.

Comfortable operating in a close-knit, flexible environment with direct involvement in client services.
