Hutcheon Mearns is working with a firm of accountants to add to their Dundee team. Due to an expanding client base, they are looking to strengthen the payroll services team with a Payroll Assistant. 

Reporting Payroll Manager, you will be part of a busy team helping to support clients’ requirements with all aspects of payroll including:

  • Providing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payroll services
  • Processing employee information
  • Preparing payslips and reports
  • Preparing P45 and P32s
  • Completing payroll year end
  • Providing assistance to clients with Pension Auto Enrolment
  • General administrative duties

Candidates will have previous payroll experience using Sage Payroll, and ideally Pension Auto Enrolment knowledge. Able to work as part of a team, to strict deadlines, accurately with attention to detail.
