Hutcheon Mearns is working with a firm of accountants to add to their Dundee team. Due to an expanding client base, they are looking to strengthen the payroll services team with a Payroll Assistant.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be part of a busy team helping to support clients’ requirements with all aspects of payroll including:
- Providing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payroll services
- Processing employee information
- Preparing payslips and reports
- Preparing P45 and P32s
- Completing payroll year end
- Providing assistance to clients with Pension Auto Enrolment
- General administrative duties
Candidates will have previous payroll experience using Sage Payroll, and ideally Pension Auto Enrolment knowledge. Able to work as part of a team, to strict deadlines, accurately with attention to detail.
