Hutcheon Mearns are assisting a global independent oil and gas company to recruit an Investor Relations Specialist for their London office A key member of the IR team supporting communication with the financial community and investors. Ensuring activities comply with all regulatory requirements, legislation, and company procedures.
- Working closely with the Head of IR and Senior Management to promote understanding of Company’s performance and prospects to the financial capital markets.
- Tracing and analysing financial, valuation and market data.
- Working with the Head of IR to create high quality collateral for regulatory calendar, Investor Conferences, and other events.
Candidates will have.: -
- Strong experience within the Oil and Gas sector
- Ability to quickly develop understanding of company strategy, operations, and financials.
- Company financials and financing models in particular company and assets valuation.
- Able to review complex information and data and communicate it in a concise format.
- Proactive, able to identify areas of improvement.
- Strong IT skills - Excel and PowerPoint
- Accountancy or Corporate Finance qualifications an advantage
