Reporting to and working closely with the Finance Director, the primary function of this role is to support the Group Finance team in the preparation of accurate and timely management and statutory reporting. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare monthly accounts and analysis for the holding companies
  • Prepare monthly consolidation for the Group
  • Provide monthly group analysis, including debtors, capex, top ten client data, COGS and overhead analysis
  • Prepare monthly MI reporting pack
  • Development of the finance manual and policies
  • Advise regional finance teams of updates to and non-compliances with finance policies
  • Principal support and interface for annual statutory audits, support internal audits
  • Delivery of Group statutory reports and tax compliance with the support of external advisors
  • Manage group treasury function, reporting to debt providers, cash forecasting, intercompany cash and trading balances
  • Support to regional finance teams and vacation cover
  • Support ad hoc finance and analysis projects

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Professional accounting qualification
  • Previous experience of audit, management and statutory reporting (either in practice or industry)
  • Advanced MS office skills, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage workload whilst prioritising deadline
