Finance is a key part of the business and the Financial Controller will report to the Finance Director and support Senior Management. Managing a small accounts team, the role will be responsible for the accounts function on a day-to-day basis including sales and purchase ledger, credit control and payroll.
Making a strong commercial contribution to the business providing robust financial information and analysis. Working closely with the Managing Director to improve commercial performance.
Duties will be varied and include:
· Preparation of monthly management accounts
· Developing budget reporting and analysis
· Assisting with costing and production reporting
· Coordination of the annual audit and stock take
· Assisting with systems improvement
Candidates will be considered who are fully qualified, studying, or commercially experienced qualified by experience. Having previous experience of manufacturing finance, attention to detail and an eye for process improvement.
