Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be working with our market leading client in the drilling industry to hire a Finance Assistant on a full time, contract basis. You will be based in Dyce with hybrid working on a 36-hour week basis. Candidates looking for 4 days will also be considered. This role will run for an initial basis of three months with possibility of extension.
The Opportunity
The Finance Assistant will be supporting the Accounts Payable Function within the Finance Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data processing of supplier invoices
- Management of the invoice mailboxes
- Processing of invoices manually
- General administration duties within the finance team
Background and Experience
You will be a quick learner and have previous experience in a similar role. You will have good communication skills, be able to use initiative and have good attention to detail. Experience using IFS would be beneficial but is not required.
