The Opportunity

Within this role you will be involved in;
- Speaking to providers to gather financial information
- Inputting financial information into the system
- Answering queries
- Using the AI system to find missing information
Background and Experience
You will have experience working within a customer/client focus role within financial services or are wishing to gain experience working within Financial Services. Must be able to articulate well on the phone and through emails with clients and customers.
