Our client is looking to recruit an outgoing and ambitious individual into the role of Economic Analyst. They offer a professional and collaborative culture within a desirable, modern city centre office.
The successful candidate will be an experienced analyst and must display superior communication and interpersonal skills. Strong economics and financial modelling skills are essential.
Overview
- Accountable for the development and operation of financial planning and modelling tools
- Generate economic analysis to assess potential new acquisition and development opportunities
- Support the development of business cases to define future net zero goal opportunities
- Undertake research and analysis to determine the market position of the business
- Support ongoing commercial operations with ad-hoc economic and financial analysis
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and Business Plan
- Prepare required documentation, plans and presentations to support performance delivery of commercial and other business activities
- Perform research activities and prepare appropriate reports and presentations in support of the identification, evaluation and delivery of new business opportunities
- Provide other analysis and general business support to wider finance team as required
