An experienced administrator is sought by this large financial services organisation to join the team that coordinates the production workflow of financial reports and accounts. The company has a significant number of clients, and accountancy teams are responsible for a wide range of reports and information, on a daily, monthly, annual basis. Workflow planning, reviewing for accuracy and delivery is a key responsibility to meet deadlines and client service level agreements.
The role will be varied including:
- Preparation and distribution of client and Auditor meeting agendas and materials
- Creation and management of interim and final reporting timetables and workflow planner
- Management of audit logs and ensuring response to queries.
- Ensuring all reporting is checked / proofed and in the correct format before issuing
- Providing updates on workflow status
- Working closely with Financial Reporting teams
- Building relationships with internal and external colleagues and clients.

- Strong team player, with good communication skills
- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Excel and MS Word
- Reliable and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in Financial Services / professional practice would be an advantage.
