Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to support a fast growth, manufacturing business to recruit an Interim Finance Director on an initial six month basis.
In this highly visible and prominent position, the successful individual will work closely with the senior management and wider Group team to maximise efficiencies and support the organisation to achieve its operational objectives. The Interim Finance Director will be responsible for supporting both operational and strategic initiatives, through inspirational leadership underpinned by strong commercial acumen.
Overview
- Support with strategic and operational initiatives
- Review current processes and procedures, identifying and delivering key efficiencies
- Work closely with Senior Management and Project teams to deliver more accurate and timely recording of information
- Support new ERP implementation project from a financial perspective
- Supporting Commercial teams on important tenders and proposals and executing delivery of projects. Arranging the operational and project needs of the company alongside the sales team
- Support and lead on improvement cash management and cash flow reporting processes
- Improving our customer communications and processes
- Manufacturing experience vital
- Change management experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- ERP implementation within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
This represents and exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone with a proven track record in an operationally focused senior finance position. Previous experience in manufacturing would be highly advantageous.
