Bookkeeping Assistant

This is a varied role which involves all aspects of bookkeeping for a range of clients.

  • Preparing reports and financial statements
  • Providing accounting software support and advice
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Producing budgets
  • Providing support to the firms Technical Team
  • Assisting in the preparation of Management Accounts

Candidates will have

  • Candidates will ideally be AAT qualified or have strong experience within a similar role.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Xero and Sage 50 Accounts
  • Experience of preparing management accounts
  • Experience in a similar bookkeeping role
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
