This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounting and Finance Graduate with placement experience or an Accounts Assistant looking to take the next step in their career in a supportive environment with excellent development prospects.
The Opportunity
The Assistant Financial Accountant will be an exciting and varied role, responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier and intercompany invoices
- Preparing accurate accruals to ensure correct timing of income and costs
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
- Preparing high quality management reports with detailed analysis and meaningful commentaries which explain variances to budgets and forecasts
- Ensure that predefined balance sheet reconciliations for the Group’s UK subsidiaries have been prepared and approved
- Reporting, analysis and follow up of aged GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) balances
Background and Experience
You will be an enthusiastic, driven, and personable individual with one year of relevant experience. You will have good attention to detail, be able to analyse information and have excellent communication skills.
