Hutcheon Mearns have been engaged by our oil and gas service client based in Turriff. We are looking to source a Facilities Administrator to take on this permanent, full-time position. This is a great role for individuals looking to start a career in administration within an established, growing business.

 

This is an entry level role supporting the Facilities/HSEQ department with daily admin requirements. Duties will include basic administrative tasks, assisting with reception, supplier vetting, managing stock levels, producing weekly KPI reports and liaising with the finance department. This is a very varied role with lots to get involved in. Candidates will have basic administrative experience and have a good standard of maths/english. You must have excellent organisational and time management skills, whilst being able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
