Accounts Receivable Lead

Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be supporting a global oil service company to source an Accounts Receivable Lead to join their team on a full time, staff basis. The role will be based in Aberdeen with hybrid and flexibility on offer. Our client can offer a competitive salary and career progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

The Accounts Receivable Lead is a key role responsible for leading a team of AR and Invoicing coordinators. You will drive the team to continually reduce the businesses sales accrual and aged debt figures. An ability to drive process improvement is essential to this position.

Background and experience

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a global organisation. Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills are preferred.

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to deal with pressure situations, and be able to adopt the concept of continuous improvement.
