This is a permanent role based in their Edinburgh office, offering a hybrid working model and a salary of up to £30,000.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the AP process. You will be responsible for high-volume transactional work, supplier management, and maintaining accuracy across all payable activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices
- Coordinate and execute BACS payment runs (domestic and international)
- Manage vendor relationships and handle supplier onboarding
- Process staff expenses and direct debit payments
- Ensure accurate coding and posting of invoices
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations
- Monitor and manage the shared finance mailbox
- Investigate and resolve supplier queries in a timely manner
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vLookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience using finance systems such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
