Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit an Accounts Coordinator to join their team in Bridge of Don on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently available or available at short notice to join a well-established organisation.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in WIP and job costing as these are essential for this role.
The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing WIP, job costing and project reconciliations
- Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
- Managing invoicing, credit control and supplier queries
- Assisting with continuous improvements to processes and reporting
Background and Experience
You will be an outgoing and communicative self starter who can demonstrate:
- Solid experience in a similar Accounts or Project Finance role
- Strong working knowledge of WIP and job costing
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident working independently and within a small team
