Hutcheon Mearns are supporting an established leisure business near Leven to add a Part Time (15 – 20 hours a week) Accounts Assistant to the finance team.
Supporting the Finance Manager duties will include:
- Coding and processing purchase and sales ledger
- Dealing with supplier queries and reconcile supplier statements
- Purchase order processing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assisting with maintenance of Fixed Asset register
- Collating and reconciling all departmental cash transactions
- Assisting with monthly payment runs to suppliers
- Assisting with payroll when required
- Assisting with year-end preparation and audit enquiries
Candidates should have recent experience in a similar busy role. Good IT Skills Able to work accurately and meet deadlines.
