Accounts Assistant

Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our oil service company client on a Full Time, Temp-to-Perm basis. The role will be based from our client’s office in Bridge of Don.

The Opportunity 

The Accounts Assistant will complete a variety of tasks to minimise a backlog in our client’s finance department. Duties will include:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Accruals
  • Prepayments
  • Posting Journals

Background and experience

The successful candidate will be an experienced all-rounder, have keen eye for detail, be able to use initiative and have excellent communication skills. A good understanding of debits and credits will be important to this role.
