Accounts Assistant

Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our oil service company client. This is a Part Time, Contract position and will be based from our client’s offices in Tullos. The role will be 15 – 20 hours per week and the contract will run for six months initially with possibility of extension or permanent position.

The Opportunity 

The Accounts Assistant will be working primarily on Accounts Payable duties but there will also be scope to get involved in Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Reconciliations, Payroll activities and other ad hoc tasks within the finance team.

Background and Experience

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to use initiative and have excellent communication skills. Candidates with experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply.
