Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for our Oil Services Client on a Full Time, Temporary basis. The role will be based from our client’s office in Portlethen.

The Opportunity 

The Accounts Administrator will carry out general admin duties within the accounts department as well as managing the company’s reception area. Duties will include:

  • Posting supplier invoices and payments, issuing remittances to suppliers, reconciling supplier statements and general maintenance of purchase ledger
  • Reconciliation of petty cash
  • Checking staff timesheets and entering in to system

Background and experience

The successful candidate will be an established administrator with demonstrable experience of working within an accounts department and using Sage 50. You will have keen eye for detail, be able to use initiative and have excellent communication skills.
