Accountant

Hutcheon Mearns are looking to add an Accountant to our Outsourced Finance Team on a permanent basis, based out of our Dundee office.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Hutcheon Mearns to service and grow our client base.  Hutcheon Mearns is a successful and growing integrated finance business, offering people and business advisory services. The Opportunity

The Accountant will provide support to our Outsourced Finance team and growing client base. Within this role you will be exposed to a wide range of duties including producing Management Accountants, statutory accounts, VAT returns and assisting with the transactional finance support, whilst gaining experience in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Background and Experience

You will have previous experience in a similar role, experience working in practice would be preferred but is not essential. You will have good communication skills, be able to use initiative and have good attention to detail. Strong IT skills and competency using MS Office is key to this position.
